0x is a standard prefix indicating hexadecimal (base-16) numbers, using digits 0-9 and letters a-f. It's widely used in blockchain technology, where all smart contract addresses and transactions start with "0x". These smart contracts are essential building blocks for decentralized applications (dApps), allowing them to interact with blockchain networks. This directory collects all web3 apps, tools and dApps, hence the name.
